The teams are intentionally broad. The High School Project currently operates through a lean setup, so members are expected to exercise initiative within each team’s mandate, identify necessary work, and collaborate where responsibilities intersect.

How do we communicate what matters and mobilize the people needed to act on it?
This team explains the work, reaches the right audiences, and keeps public attention tied to the project’s surveys, findings, and support needs.
Going question
Is the problem anecdotally true or quantifiably true? How is the problem shaped, and what other problems, systems, actors, and constraints are connected to it? Can the project solve the problem in the way originally proposed, or must the proposed solution change?
This team defines the problem properly, tests assumptions, and keeps the evidence base strong enough to guide the project.

This team turns research into usable resources, delivery systems, and public outputs that can actually help students.
